I visited the Richmond Rd office last Friday and was very happy I did. My iphone wouldn't take a charge so the friendly staff there simply took my phone and removed lint from the charging port, lol. It works great now! I appreciate their willingness to help with no charge to me! Not every business would have been as honest, we need more like this one!

I was told by 2 different computer stores that my Samsung Note was ruined, no way to fix it, bury it....
My daughter encouraged me to drop it off with SmartPhone EMT. Really, what could it hurt cuz I was gonna bury it. Dropped it off in TK.... Got a phone call before I could get to Nashville telling me it was fixed. Omg!!!! I am so happy! Don't waste your time and and money elsewhere. I know I won't!

Huge thanks to SmartPhone EMT!! My screen on my phone was completely shattered, the home button had fallen out, and battery would not hold a charge. I thought I was just going to have to get a new phone (which would have costed way more than my dad wanted to spend). I took it in this morning around 10:30 and they had it completely fixed by 12:30 the same day!!! It looks brand new and works better than it did before! Definitely reccomend them to anyone and everyone.]!! Great customer service, good prices, and it took them no time at all to fix my phone! Thank you again so much!!!!!

I'm impressed! Went to EMT today per my husbands suggestion because I thought my IPhone 4S was about to go out on me. It would shut down automatically, would go from 100% charged to 20% within 10 minutes. They changed my battery and even fixed a few glitches at no extra charge.

Twice now, I have used SmartPhone EMT & both times they have done an EXCELLENT job fixing my cellphone.

These guys are awesome!!! I tried to replace the battery on my Iphone 4S myself this morning and stripped one of the screws. I brought my phone to Smartphone EMT and they had it fixed in under 5 minutes at no charge!!! These guys are the best!!!

Took my son's lifeless iphone 6 complete with custom shattered screen and hammered out home button to them with hopes of retrieving information from it. The ITunes password was lost so there wasn't access to a lot information. They brought it back to life, replaced the screen and home button, and had it ready to go functioning like new in about an hour. The cost for the repair was very reasonable, and the repair job impressive. Thanks Smartphone EMT for the excellent service and quality work!

Smartphone EMT makes my day every time I walk in. Granted, they fix my phone so duh~ But on a recent trip they couldn't fix my phone and I had to get it replaced entirely - long story - but they really made it as easy for me as possible and didn't bat an eye when I asked to use the phone and stayed on it for a while talking with my insurance company. This is one review of many but seriously. I wouldn't go to any other place to fix my phone as long as I'm in the TXK.

Such a great place with amazing staff. My boyfriend and I came here for the first time a few days ago with the hopes of getting an estimate on a screen replacement for my iPhone 5c. Not only did the staff do that but when I mentioned having to wait to do it because of the price they worked with me and got my phone working the same day! I can't even express how happy I am to have my phone back! It was at a good price and in record time! These guys know what they are doing and really care about their customers!

This place is the most legit place in Tearkana if you have any phone problems. They fixed it in store in front of my face, all while maintaining customer service unmatchable by any other place. 100% My go-to repair store.

We have used this shop several times with great results each time. Today was no exception. I brought in my iPad with a broken screen. The owner said wait just one minute - took it to the back and it was fixed - actually he just took off the cracked tempered glass and told me where to go get one today. He did not charge me anything. I went in expecting to have a speaker replaced but instead of charging me for a new speaker they told me let us try and clean it first. They did and saved me 30.00. I recommend the tech don't know her name but was the only woman there. Great place take your devices to them.

The Smartphone EMT team is always so fast and friendly. They are always honest about what repairs are needed and what isn't necessary and their prices very fair. Also, on more than 1 occasion I have walked out with something extra, i.e. a gently used otter box case and this time a screen protecter. The extra added kindness goes a long way and has made a loyal customer out of me. Those small gestures that didn't cost much have paid off. It also goes without saying that they know their stuff and will break it all down for you, and tell you the truth and have a warranty on their services.

This was the last picture I took before my phone (that I had kept in a zip lock bag until this point) decided to go swim in the Cado! On my way to the gross murky depths to retrieve it, the thought of alligators and gar did cross my mind BUT the main thing I KNEW was if I find it the only place I will take it is gonna BE....
